Raw Food Diet - Day Twenty-eight

Finishing up the fourth week on a raw food diet...

Cereal and milk for breakfast and some GoHunza Go Take A Hike raw trail mix a little later. For lunch we went to Nama Sushi where I had salmon and tuna sashimi with Osawa Raw Soy Sauce. When I got back I snacked on a couple UliMana Goji Cherry Truffles again.

For dinner I had a pickle, flax krisps and raw honey, cereal and milk, and a bottle of GT's Organic Raw Kombucha.

Daily Total: Calories: 2,668, Carbs - 220, Fat - 140, Protein - 156

Weekly Average: Calories - 1,929, Carbs - 258, Fat - 85, Protein - 78
